Outlook 2007 users can't view room  mailbox calendar items
We recently upgraded Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 SP1. We mainly user Outlook 2007, but have a few installations of Outlook 2010. I created a room mailbox to be used to track when employees are out of the office. I have assigned the free/busy, subject, location read permission along with editing and deleting of their own entries, and create items to the calendar. Users that use Outlook 2010 can see the calendar entries without issue. The users that use Outlook 2007 cannot see the calendar entries unless the read permission is changed to full detail. I searched the web and found one suggestion regarding changing the registry entry. I did that but the issue still persists. Any suggestions? Mike

Hello, Please try to use owa and see if the issue exists. If the issue doesnt happen, this may be outlook 2007 problem. You can post your issue to the outlook forum. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads Best Regards, Lisa
